Abbie and I started planning to drive down to Jekyll Island for sunrise a couple weeks before the session. I’d never been to Jekyll Island before that morning and was looking forward to exploring Driftwood beach. We woke up by 5 AM and drove down in the dark, arriving just as the sky began to show its colors. Shooting at sunrise is always worth it!
